COATING PROCESS

I.L.V.E.T. provides a turnkey approach to
manufacturing coating equipment including:
full pre-treatment cycles, usage and application
of both liquid and powder paints and drying processes.

For the drying process  I.L.V.E.T.
designs, engineers and builds
the following:

·          in-line ovens;

·          ovens;

·          tank ovens.

The following goals were pursued
in this field:

·          Highest level of productivity;

·          Waste reduction;

·          Optimal target of work-planning;

·          Reduction in environmental pollution.

Whenever designing a machining facility, I.L.V.E.T.
always focuses on a number of factors,
thus enabling the clients to select the most
adequate and appropriate coating system
to meet their application expectations:

·          Type of product;

·          Quantity of workpieces
to be lacquered;

·          Technical specifications of paints
which the client intends to use;

·          Conditions of application;

·          Financial investment that
the client is willing to bear.

The power sources we make use
of cope with the Client's individual needs:
gas - diesel oil - diathermic oil -
steam - water - electric power.

According to the manufacturing
requirements, where demanded
the electric running can be assisted by a computer (PLC), which enables
any kind of programming.

As a result, every solution embraced
is strictly connected with the user's
performance needs.
