This system was
specially devised for
this particular workpiece;
it allows for a high
output as well
as for the lacquering
of the
concerned parts only.

In addition, the belt
conveyor is split up
into three areas:
lacquering,
in-between stage,
drying.

The belt has the
ability to self-clean
when it is in the
lacquering area.

The loading and
unloading operations
can be
performed both
manually and
automatically.

The scheduled
manufacturing stages
are as follows:

·          Loading
(manual or automatic)

·          Lacquering

·          Drying-off

·          Unloading
(manual or automatic)
