The polymerisation process allows for metal to bind the bonnet gasket.

For this kind of manufacturing a careful programming of the operating temperature is a must. A computer (PLC) monitors and records the process progress uninterruptedly and generates, upon completion of these throughput times, a printout containing the full treatment data.

The foreseen manufacturing stages are as follows:

·          Loading

·          Polymerisation

·          Cooling

·          Unloading
