This system was devised to achieve a high output (up to 850 dm3/hour).

The electric functioning, computer-controlled (PLC),
allows for a high degree of flexibility in the manufacturing process, for both the treatment stages and the sequence of cycles.

Besides, the bolting and
washing cycles can be
operated independently:
it is in fact possible to
carry out the bolting
of a load of workpieces,
and, at the same time, the washing of another load of workpieces, which do
not need bolting.
