This system was devised to
allow the treatment of large
quantities of workpieces in each
individual cycle (max. weight capacity: 5.000 kg)
in very narrow spaces.

The machine cycle is the following:

 Automatic loading;
  •  
 Dip washing;
  •  
 Spray washing;
  •  
 Spray swilling;
  •  
 Re-circulated warm air drying;
  •  
 Automatic unloading.

Treatment stages and machining
times of cycles are all programmed
and relayed via computer (PLC).
