Our History

Our Company manufactures complete installations as well as individual machinery for the treatment of metal and non-metal surfaces. Our competence includes WASHING-PAINTING AND CONVEYING systems.
 I.L.V.E.T. was established in 1982, exploiting and industrializing the experience, dating back to the Sixties, gained over the years by a number of people who had been specializing in the surface treatment field .
 Today, the technological knowledge is being improved through expert skill and non-stop update, that is blending the results of past experience with enduring in-depth studies. I.L.V.E.T. is a lively and brisk undertaking, ready to take up all the challenges posed by market.
It is always looking for the best possible and most rational solutions to the problems submitted by customers.
The field mastered by I.L.V.E.T. is a very broad one and the market available is therefore utmost large: in fact, almost any object of everyday use has to be protected against corrosion and, at the same time, to be made as attractive as possible from the aesthetic point of view.
Some of the main categories of the Company’s activity are: car components, metal furniture, home accessories, agricultural machines, toys, nondestructive controls and so on. 
The advent in recent years of new methods of electronic computerized control and of innovative chemicals has compelled the Company to become extremely flexible and to keep pace uninterruptedly with technical evolution.
I.L.V.E.T. places a high priority on the search for the most adequate solutions to cope with the customers' needs and pays  special attention to the problems and various aspects of "conveying": In this respect, it devised original vanguard conveying systems, thus allowing to considerably raise the productivity of our customers.
In order to be in a position to submit the most rational and effective proposals from its wide range of painting and washing systems, I.L.V.E.T. carries out a number of studies essentially based on: type of product, quantity of pieces to be treated, evaluation of the room which must be occupied, technical specifications of the painting products to be used, conditions of application and, last but not least, the financial investment that the client is willing to bear.
Here are the main goals reached lately: highest quality steadiness, high productivity, reduction of waste of products used, ability to work-planning, better use of space. 
I.L.V.E.T. is conscious as much of the great importance attached today to the protection and preservation of the environment; therefore it has carefully conceived a number of solutions able to reduce pollution and to really save energy.
